My name is Carmen Matias, and I founded Matias Communications LLC with a simple mission: to help people discover meaningful work-from-home opportunities while maintaining the flexibility they need for their families, personal responsibilities, and everyday lives.

Since 2020, Matias Communications LLC has been helping independent contractors pursue opportunities in the virtual customer service industry, including customer service, sales, and technical support.

My own journey is what inspired me to create this company. As a full-time caregiver and guardian, maintaining a traditional 9-to-5 career was challenging. My family needed my time and presence, and I needed a way to earn an income without having to choose between work and the people who depended on me.

Working from home gave me that flexibility.

I have more than six years of experience as a work-from-home customer service professional. I began my journey as a Customer Service Representative taking calls and continued to grow professionally, advancing into additional roles while building valuable experience in the customer service industry.

That experience showed me firsthand that working from home can provide more than just an income—it can provide flexibility, independence, and the ability to create a work life that fits your individual circumstances.
